Shipping and Returns Policy

Currently we use USPS and UPS for shipments.
Due to the manual process we used to obtain the final products we sell, our items may have imperfections in the material itself, in the color, shape, dimensions, weight and minor damages or cracks in the particular case of metal items, as well as our paintings (cracks on the paint over the canvas) and Jewerly.
Most of our products are handmade. We inspect very carefully all our items to let you know in advance of such findings, still sometimes we can overlook some defects, damages or imperfections.

You can cancel an order before is shipped. An order already shipped is not subject to cancellation or return.
We don’t accept returns either exchanges.
